Job Description:

Responsible for assisting high volume senior Mortgage Loan Consultants. Completes loan applications, pre-qualifies applicants and handles questions and inquiries from customers, clients, builders, and realtors. Serves as a team member to provide marketing support to increase production volume. May prepare and distribute marketing materials and communications, track mortgage loans through closing, answer customer questions regarding status of files, interest rates, and underwriting requirements. May make joint calls with originators at luncheons, dinners, award ceremonies and special functions and work in booths at various trade fairs, open houses and home parades. May assist in teaching First Time Home Buyers Classes. Performs administrative and/or clerical duties in support of a loan originator. Incumbent would typically have greater than one year of administrative and/or clerical experience. Good communication and computer skills required. Previous experience in mortgage lending, bank operations, or support of various origination functions desirable.
