Job Description:

Incumbent will be responsible for contact with customers via mostly inbound calls who have defaulted on their mortgage to review the following: Respond to customer inquiries regarding mortgage defaults and loss mitigation options, coordinate and facilitate initial loss mitigation efforts with associated departments, foreclosure counsel, investors, and mortgage insurance companies, communicate with attorneys on loss mitigation efforts and arrangements and initiate and monitor research on accounts as required. Fast-paced call center environment. Minimum Requirements: Relevant industry experience OR equivalent education. Customer Service experience. Ability to interpret and execute on Investor guidelines. Intermediate computer skills; utilizes MS Office products (Word and Excel). Ability to adapt to a changing environment. Ability to work overtime as needed and adhere to required schedule. Preferred skills: Call center customer service experience. General banking experience. Bachelors degree. Mortgage Default experience.
