CIS Help Desk Analyst
Job Description:
Help Desk Analyst will support users of Commercial applications (i.e., RPMS, CRS, Salesforce.com, etc.) Responsible for a major portion of operational functions or activities within Commercial Information Services and all lines of business that utilize Commercial applications.
The following functions are representative of (but not limited to) the operational functions that may be performed: user error resolution and disputes; problem management, error and resolution tracking; resetting passwords, providing help line support to all callers and supporting salesforce.com data integrity. Performs operational activities in support of Anti-Money Laundering Client Risk Assessment compliance for Commercial LOB and CRE.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Successful candidate will be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access and have a working knowledge of Internet Explorer, Web Based Applications and the Mainframe applications. In addition, this position is required to have good organizational skills with keen attention to detail, have a professional attitude, display good customer service skills and exhibit strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Prior experience in a Call Center/Help Desk environment including experience with an Avaya CentreVu telephone system would be helpful but is not a requirement. A background in problem solving and research is desireable.
