Rotational training programs provide new graduates with an opportunity to gain experience in several areas in banking over a period of several months to three years.

Rotational training programs are available in many different areas in banking, including corporate jobs, branch jobs, and operations jobs. Depending on the particular program, the track may put you on course to return to school to get your MBA in a few years. Other programs are geared toward developing students into managers of a specific area of the bank.
